Tony Badsey-Ellis
Risk Expert & Co-founder
CISSP, NCSC Assured Risk Provider, Cyber Security Council Chartered Professional.
Co-founder, risk specialist, and creator of RiskTree. Works alongside the NCSC on national-infrastructure risk reviews and guides organisations in defending their information and systems against the latest threats.
He’s also a published authority on transport systems – author of several books – and brings specialist expertise in chemical hazards and the wider Critical National Infrastructure.
Tony Beadle
Security Architect & Co-founder

Co-founder (one of the two “T”s) and straight-talking security architect. Trusted by the UK’s most prominent, most complex organisations to cut through noise, nail real requirements, and deliver tailored solutions that work.
Tony is a supporter of early cyber careers and was instrumental in launching CyberFirst in the East Midlands and regularly hosts hackathons to share technical knowledge amongst the team.

25 years of securing complex public and private-sector systems. Formerly a senior security advisor at IBM, Glenn guided global enterprises through emerging threats and tech trends. He now channels that insight into shaping 2T Security’s services and risk posture.
A regular white-hat rally competitor, he dives head-first into every techie-challenge around the office.
